Associate Trainer – Freelance
Come and join us at the Mix, an innovative digital charity providing essential support for under 25’s. We are looking for a passionate training facilitator with helpline experience to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high quality training to build confidence in volunteers. The role will help develop and grow our helpline volunteer team to provide support and information through our telephone, webchat and email support channels to under 25 year olds across the UK.
Candidates will be confident in leading groups of people in a face to face setting and have a keen interest in drawing out skills in people. They will have excellent verbal communication skills and an ability to work on your own initiative.
Location: The Mix’s Nottingham and London service hubs.
