Webchat Counsellor
Come and join us at the Mix, an innovative digital charity providing essential support for under 25’s. We are looking for a qualified counsellor with extensive experience of delivering webchat counselling to lead our new webchat service.
The successful candidate will use their experience of implementing counselling services to support the recruitment, training and coordination of volunteers, providing clinical supervision and mentoring as needed. With experience in telephone and webchat counselling you will support the integration of both channels so that young people can access our service in the way best suited to them.
With a background in counselling young people you will also provide counselling to young people at The Mix.
