London Helpline Manager
Come and join us at The Mix! We’re an innovative digital charity providing essential support for under 25s and we need: YOU.
We need a London Helpline Manager to help us support as many young people as possible via phone, webchat and email. You’ll work on day to day operations to keep us running as well as project work and making changes to the service. The role also involves line management in a supportive coaching environment and working with teams across the organisation.
We’re looking for resilience, problem solving, empathy, teamwork and innovation.
