Services Manager

Our Services Manager will ensure we support as many young people as possible including through our direct services, currently delivered via phone, webchat and email. You’ll work on day to day operations to keep us running as well as develop and implement new projects. Making sure we are delivering a user and data led service you will develop a reflective culture that supports continuous development and improvements. The role also involves line management in a supportive coaching environment and working with teams across the organisation.
We’re looking for adaptability, flexibility, problem solving, empathy, teamwork and innovation.
