Volunteer Coordinator – 5 Month Contract
Come and join us at the Mix, an innovative digital charity providing essential support for under 25’s. We are looking for a passionate volunteer coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and proactive in recruiting volunteers for our new service hub in Nottingham and supporting them through their journey with The Mix. The role will help develop and grow partnerships with key volunteer stakeholders.
Candidates will be knowledgeable in the variety of motivations of volunteers and understand how to develop roles to suit these. They will be confident in promoting The Mix to external agencies and talk passionately about our cause and volunteer programme. They will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to work on your own initiative.
Location: Flexible – could be based at either of our service hubs in Nottingham or London, or remotely. Will require regular travel in the Nottingham area.
