Chatwee Update

Update - There's been some technical difficulties launching Chatwee onto our website so we will not be moving to Chatwee on Thursday.

As soon as we fix this issue, we'll announce another date for launching. We're really sorry for the delay in Chatwee, thanks so much for your patience.

Post of The Month (September)

Maisy is our Post of The Month winner voted by the community for the following post:

"Hey Shaunie,

I care. I really relate to what you have been experiencing with the house falling apart, and things not getting fixed due to general shame of the state of the house and not knowing where to begin fixing things or who to contact (you don't want to come across rogue tradesmen). Not even having adequate heating and hot water. And clutter. Everywhere. It's horrible to live in such circumstances, I know. It's hard as well when you see everyone else living a 'normal' life and yet being unable to talk about your situation."

  • Stress Awareness Day - what's your advice?

    Hey everyone

Once again we're coming to you guys to get your advice. For World Mental Health Day, we asked you all for some tips that we could make into graphics to share on social media. We're going to be doing a similar thing for Stress Awareness Day on the 1st of November, and we'd like to ask you this:

What's your favourite way to unwind after a stressful day?

If anyone has any other useful nuggets of advice or tips for dealing with stress (short term or long term), you can comment those too.

    Thanks in advance, everyone!

After a particularly stressful day i like to talk to someone about it so i don't bottle it up and put my headphones in and listen to my favourite songs.

If I donít have anything I need to do In the evening then I like to run a warm bubble bath and relax in the bath listening to music or if the weather is nice I like going for a walk along the beach.
Difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations

Stress is something we all face, and cope with in different ways, it's about being able to step back and find a healthy realese for stress such as writing, drawing, going for a walk, taking 'me time'.
