Chatwee Update

Update - There's been some technical difficulties launching Chatwee onto our website so we will not be moving to Chatwee on Thursday.

As soon as we fix this issue, we'll announce another date for launching. We're really sorry for the delay in Chatwee, thanks so much for your patience.

Post of The Month (September)

Maisy is our Post of The Month winner voted by the community for the following post:

"Hey Shaunie,

I care. I really relate to what you have been experiencing with the house falling apart, and things not getting fixed due to general shame of the state of the house and not knowing where to begin fixing things or who to contact (you don't want to come across rogue tradesmen). Not even having adequate heating and hot water. And clutter. Everywhere. It's horrible to live in such circumstances, I know. It's hard as well when you see everyone else living a 'normal' life and yet being unable to talk about your situation."

I dont expect anything - to just end up disappointed. But i do not have zero hope for the future cause that has only dragged me down & brung negativity. I will just not predict the future

        • Rogue One, and I thought it was excellent. The big movie for me now though is Trainspotting - can't wait.
Doves, Playboys, Biscuits, Barrels, Callies, Clear Caps, China Whites, Rhubarbs, Loony Toons, New Yorkers... you know, bang on, larging it, the full monty, safe as houses, pair of trousers, what a laugh, let's do another half!

          • We Were Soldiers, a movie based on the Battle of Ia Drang in the Vietnam War. Forgot how good that film is - such an amazing job of telling a real story and not hollywoodifying what happened, and a great job of providing an insight into the lives of the soldiers' wives at the time. Would highly recommend for anyone into war films (though maybe not if you're not okay with fairly graphic scenes), but do have the tissues at the ready.

                            • Black Swan. It's very powerful and Natalie Portman's acting is excellent.

                              • A film called Operation Avalanche. It's about the conspiracy theory that the moon landings were fake and that Stanley Kubrick actually directed and filmed the footage on a film set. The film follows people working at the CIA around the time of the moon landings and how they were the ones who got Stanley Kubrick to film it. It sounds more interesting than it is lol
