Support Circles on Sundays

Hey everyone,

We're going to be running support circles once a month on a Sunday! At the moment they run on Tuesdays, but for one of those Tuesdays, each month they will be running on a Sunday instead.

This next Sunday support circle will be on 26 November. If you'd like to come along, (sign up by completing the form here )

Chatwee Update

Update - There's been some technical difficulties launching Chatwee onto our website so we will not be moving to Chatwee on Thursday.

As soon as we fix this issue, we'll announce another date for launching. We're really sorry for the delay in Chatwee, thanks so much for your patience.

I really relate to what you have been experiencing with the house falling apart, and things not getting fixed due to general shame of the state of the house and not knowing where to begin fixing things or who to contact (you don't want to come across rogue tradesmen). Not even having adequate heating and hot water. And clutter. Everywhere. It's horrible to live in such circumstances, I know. It's hard as well when you see everyone else living a 'normal' life and yet being unable to talk about your situation."

    Hey guys

    So, i thought i would start a thread to help people turn the little things (and indeed the big things) into positives!

    Whether you have been in bed for two days and are celebrating getting dressed or have finally got round to tidy your room. Whether you have passed your driving test or moved into a new home. Whether you have laughed or even smiled today. I WANT to hear about it!!

    You can post as little or as often as you want. Once a day, one a month, once a year. It's up to you!!

        I havent got one for today but hopefully after the visit to the doctor tomorrow I'll be able to write an achievement

            Such a lovely idea for a thread

            Achievement of the day for yesterday (as today is still too young) : managed to go for a run - been ill for a few weeks and not had the strength but looks like I'm finally getting better

              My achievement for today is i managed to go to see my friends grave - it would of been his 19th birthday today

                      My achievement for the day is actually tidying my room and doing my washing after I had been putting it off for so long.

                        A bit late- but my achievement of the day for yesterday was : writing a to do list, doing most of it, keeping myself distracted from negative thoughts, focusing on the present more and I'm just generally proud of how I'm helping myself - considering a few days a go I was in a really bad place emotionally!

                          Today I realized I'm getting slightly better at controlling my emotions...
