Welcome to the boards. Hope you gind it more helpful.

Its hard to find support, sorry that no one will take you to see your gp/doctor i am not sure if this is the same for you but you are aload to book doctors appointments without your parents being there and you can attend them unacccompanied.

Depression and other illness can be quite scary especially when your quite young. Do have a look round the site there are lots of useful articles and information on here.

You are not alone.

Sunday to thursday we have support chats and general chats on at 8pm till 9:30pm if you would like to join them. They are a great way to get to know people and seak support at the same time. Heres the link to the page -

    Hi so I'm staying with friends atm. Two women.. I am finding it tough to be constantly around people when I used to live alone. I have lived with people in the past but not for a while. I am struggling to keep calm and not get stressed out.

    Hey Turtle,

    I'm sorry to hear you're finding it tough to live with your friends at the moment. It can be hard moving back in with friends and getting used to a busy house when we're used to living alone. For some people what can help is to take some time in the day for yourself, so finding a quiet room to chill out in away from your housemates. Do you have your own room where you can go when you feel things are getting a bit too hectic? Communication is also really important too, do you feel you can talk to your housemates about what you're feeling stressed about?

      I have my own room it is small but I like it. That's a good idea. I can't really talk to my friends as it is there house I am just staying in . Just don't feel like I have much say in like things and that's ok.. but I m nervous I am going to be annoying to them.

        Hey turtle

        I understand the stress of being around people being to much. Especially if it's all of a sudden and not use to it. It can take some time to get use to but nice that you have your own room. And going out when you feel stressed for a walk or something that calms you down could help?. By yourself or with other People in a different environment.

        You live there so you have some say in things if you don't feel comfortable with certain things . And can say it in ways that may not seem annoying

              Things settled down a bit thankfully I always worry about being rude etc to people. I am going to move and stay with some family for a month next week. And then move again in July.

              But it's ok. Hope you are ok too .

                  Just moving tomorrow but all good. Hoping things will settle down when staying with down family
