The definition of happiness through my autistic eyes

When I google 'the definition of happiness' it said that 'happiness is that feeling that comes over you when you know life is good and you can't help but smile'. Personally this is what happiness is but I see happiness differently to everyone else.

In February this year I was diagnosed with autism. This changed everything in my life and sometimes not for the best. After growing up for 16 years being 'normal', I didn't know who I was anymore. But finally I have come to accept myself and my autism. I still struggle to understand how my autism affects me but I am willing to find out because I know it won't change who I am. My autism makes me unique and special. It affects social and emotional life but it has provided me with an insight and knowledge of girls with autism. I want to help people understand and help others like me. "I am fearfully and wonderful made!!!!" - I am happy with autism!!
