Youth Support Officer – Helpline
Are you passionate about supporting young people? We have a new Youth Support Officer vacancy to join our amazing Helpline Team. The successful candidate will provide high quality support and signposting information through our telephone, webchat and email support channels.
As well as being on the frontline, you will also assist in supporting and developing volunteers on shift. By actively maintaining helpline resources and documentation, you will ensure The Mix provides a high quality service for young people. Candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to work on your own initiative.
