Everyone gets anxious from time to time. It’s the fluttery, agitated feeling that you might get in your stomach before a big life event such as an exam, or a driving test. It’s a normal, human emotion.

But sometimes anxiety can have an impact on your life and your friends and family.

In LifeSkills: Anxiety, you'll take steps that explain what anxiety is and how to manage it. They are a mix of things to read, to watch and to do.
