LifeSkills: Loneliness
20 min module
Most people experience loneliness at some point in their lives. You might feel lonely because you're spending a lot of time on your own, or because you don't feel understood or connected to the people around you. Feeling lonely doesn't always mean you're alone, and it can affect anyone.
Sometimes those feelings pass on their own. Other times, loneliness can stick around and start to affect your confidence, wellbeing, relationships, or the way you see yourself.
In LifeSkills: Loneliness, you'll explore what loneliness is, why it happens, and practical ways to build stronger connections with yourself and the people around you. The steps include a mix of things to read, watch, and do.
You'll need to complete all the steps to finish the topic, but you don't have to do them all at once. You can pause and come back later (it's best to stay on the same computer and browser so you can pick up where you left off).
To get started, click the red 'Start' button below and move through the module using the red 'Next' button.
You can go back to previous steps, or start again, at any point.
