LifeSkills: Low Mood and Depression
20 min module
Everyone feels low from time to time. It might be that heavy feeling that shows up after a tough week, a disappointment, or when things just feel a bit too much. Feeling low is a normal part of being human.
But sometimes low mood can stick around for longer and start to affect your day-to-day life, your motivation, and your relationships with friends and family.
In LifeSkills: Low Mood and Depression, you’ll work through steps that help explain what low mood and depression are, and explore ways to manage how you’re feeling. The steps include a mix of things to read, watch, and do.
You need to complete all the steps to finish the topic, but you don’t have to do them all at once — you can pause and come back later (it’s best to stay on the same computer and browser so you can pick up where you left off).
You start LifeSkills: Low Mood and Depression by clicking the red ‘start’ button below, and move through the module using the red ‘next’ button.
You can go back to previous steps, or start again, at any point.
