If you’ve ever typed “how to manage anxiety young people” or “get help with anxiety” into Google, you’re not alone, and you're in the right place. We know that anxiety can creep into everyday life, sometimes without warning. That’s why we’ve launched LifeSkills, our brand-new free online mental health course designed with young people, for young people.
What is LifeSkills?
LifeSkills is a self-paced learning platform packed with interactive modules on topics that matter most to you. Whether you’re looking for help with anxiety, building resilience or understanding your emotions, these sessions are designed to be easy, engaging and pressure-free. There are no deadlines, no right or wrong answers, just support in a way that works for you.
Our first topic? Anxiety. If you’re looking for anxiety support, help with anxiety for teenagers or want to understand how to cope with anxiety, this module gives you practical tips and emotional guidance to help you feel more in control.
Why did we create this?
Anxiety is one of the most common challenges young people tell us they face. Yet, many don’t know where to start when it comes to finding support. LifeSkills changes that. It’s flexible, private and completely free; a new way to get help with anxiety before things become overwhelming.
We didn’t build it alone. A group of brilliant young people, including Zainab Mohammed, Fatima Diallo, Catalina Popescu, Alyson Ahir and Alison Smyth shared their insights and lived experiences to help shape the module. Their honesty and clarity helped make this tool what it is today.
