Youth Support Officer
Come and join us at The Mix, an innovative digital charity providing essential support for under 25s. We’re looking for a passionate youth advocate with helpline experience to join our team.
The successful candidate will manage shifts on the helpline, supporting volunteers who are on our phone, web chat and email channels. You’ll also support young people directly yourself, train new volunteers and work on projects to improve our services.
We need ideas, teamwork, dedication, empathy, resilience and initiative.
Location: The Mix’s Nottingham service hub. With regular visits to The Mix’s London office for induction and initial training.
