Digital Connector

Want to volunteer at home and make a positive difference to the lives of young people?

We have a team of Helpline Digital Connectors – volunteers who give three hours a week from the comfort of their own home, around the UK, to support our digital channels.

If you're interested in becoming a Helpline Digital Connector see below for more information.

Become a Digital Connector

You’ll support vulnerable young people and connect them to vital further help. You could be the missing link between a young person and the help they need, whether that’s an advice service, support group or sometimes even a bed for the night. Our helpline is open seven days a week from 11am-11pm.

We provide full training and support during shifts as well as a social community for all our volunteers.

Successful applicants will be invited to one of our training courses – either online or in person. For Digital Connectors, a set-up call will be arranged to make sure you have everything you need – please allow an hour for these checks.
