Want to volunteer at home and make a positive difference to the lives of young people?
We have a team of Helpline Digital Connectors – volunteers who give three hours a week from the comfort of their own home, around the UK, to support our digital channels.
If you're interested in becoming a Helpline Digital Connector see below for more information.
Become a Digital Connector
You’ll support vulnerable young people and connect them to vital further help. You could be the missing link between a young person and the help they need, whether that’s an advice service, support group or sometimes even a bed for the night. Our helplines are based in London & Nottingham and open across seven days a week between the hours of 11am-11pm. Shifts are split into three hour slots, please note that not all slots require additional volunteers, we’ll provide full information when you apply.
We provide full training and support during shifts as well as a social community for all our volunteers.
Successful applicants will be invited to one of our training courses – either online or in person. For Digital Connectors, a set-up call will be arranged to make sure you have everything you need
