Helpline Team Leader

We are looking for a passionate youth advocate with experience of coordinating or managing services, ideally for young people. With experience of supporting change, you will support the development and transition of our multi-channel helpline, as well as ensure high quality services whilst developing service improvements, and ensuring a volunteer-led service. The successful candidate will have an understanding of Safeguarding, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and / or Virtual Call Centres (VCCs) Safeguarding. Managing a team of staff, you will be confident trouble shooting solutions and multi-tasking, with a strong interest in the issues that affect young people growing up today.
