New Year, New Me..
Hann
For the past 4 years I have been struggling with signs of mental health issues, but I have never been to see my GP about them. I have seen counsellors at college and university, and have had many people in the past 4 years tell me I need to go and see someone. I feel like this is the year I'm going to pick up the courage to pick up the phone, make an appointment and attend that appointment. I need answers, it's gone on far too long with nothing to help it.
