I've been with my boyfriend, Jake, for a year and a half now. It has been the best time ever, and I am excited to continue this with him. These songs chart our relationship, from when we first got together to the present.

'Freakish' by Saves The Day: We both love this song! On Jake's birthday, when we first got together, we spent the night singing to Saves The Day. A few months after, we went to see them for the first time together - and we're going to see them again in April! :D

'Thinkin Bout You' by Frank Ocean: We've been addicted to this album since it came out. I think the title and lyrics say it all!

'I Wanna Be Loved By You' by Helen Kane: A classic and one of my favourite songs. The meaning is in the title ;)

'Baby I'm Yours' by Arctic Monkeys: Jake and I found this golden, secret song. We fell in love with the song and then with each other.

'The Death Rattle' by OTDH: A great song by a fantastic band, they're awesome live. They played at Jake's venue once and we've practically followed them on tour since. We've had great times at their gigs. This is the best song!

'Stop The World…' by Arctic Monkeys: Another great AM song! But totally different to 'Baby I'm Yours.' Need I say more?

'Fa-Fa-Fa-Fa-Fa [Sad Song]' by Otis Redding: Not necessarily a sad song in my case. Apparently I watched Otis's documentary at Christmas with Jake, but couldn't remember as I was very drunk. We watched it again two days later and this song reminded me that I actually did watch it previously! Now we sing it all the time for a laugh. It's a good song and funny!

'Meet You At The Moon' by Imelda May: Ireland's current finest. Love this song, love this album. I just got back from Ireland and I listened to this song while I was away, when I was missing Jake. Sad and romantic… Great song!
