Hi, I am moving all the posts from the The Mix’s sister website Madly In Love to Your Voices.

I chose these songs because I'm currently in recovery, and even though I've gone through lots of relapses I'm still trying. I relate to the first song a lot and I chose it for the start of the journey. The next two songs are about me going through difficult times, and I relate to the lyrics. The next three songs are about the journey progressing to better days, remembering that life will go on and things can get better. The final two songs are about getting to the end of the journey and people helping each other. The last song "Recovery" explains it all really; it's about the journey of recovery, and how you can get through the difficult times.
