Little games blast worries away
Sometimes games or certain apps can help people forget their worries and just be themselves.
I have had a lot of stresses and strains within my life and the only thing I would think about while plodding on through the day is that later I can play little puzzle games or go on watt pad and write myself some stories to post and that while I do that I wont think about my stresses and strains of the day as a few simple apps like these can help if it begins to get too much for me even now.
