Five years ago, a boy walked into my life, stamped all over my heart and confidence and then left. A sadness grew in my heart, and depression in my mind. The last few years have been a struggle. There have been times when I wanted to give up on my life. Sometimes the pain was so excruciating all I could do was curl up in a ball and cry. Then, one day, someone else walked into my life; he made me feel like I'd been blind but could finally see again. Most important of all, he showed me that life was worth living, that I was special and people needed me around. Although we're not together anymore, he gave me the strength to know that I could  do whatever I wanted to do. These eight songs are a mixture of who I am, how far I've come and how he made me feel.
