We fought our connection for a really long time and didn't let things develop between us. The consequences we risked were life changing but when I heard this song for the first time - with you, in the dark - I knew what I had to do. It was this song that made me realise what we had together was far too special to let go.

The next song is sun-drenched in memories. On our 'Perfect Day' we sat on a park bench closely entwined, watching the world go by and singing the chorus at the top of our lungs.

'Just Like Honey' is what I heard every time you entered the room, when no one else knew our secret, our eyes meeting across the room.

'Tugboat' epitomises how I feel with you; in our world we don't need anyone else.

How many hours have I lain in your arms? MONEY create beautiful music for beautiful moments. 'Hold Me Forever' builds to an ecstatic crescendo, then the beauty of Sigur Ros stretches out those perfect seconds even further. The melancholic strings rise and fall like waves.

We whisper the lyrics of 'I Know Places' and lose ourselves in the music for a while.

Sadly, as always, 'The End Comes Too Soon' but Wild Beasts make our temporary parting a little less difficult. The song echoes in my mind.

I'm falling in love with you, and this playlist is the story of us so far.
