Zombie run app
It’s an eight-week podcast training program that builds you up to running 5km comfortably – all while convincing you you’re being chased by zombies. The audios tell you when to walk, run, and stretch, so you build confidence and stamina.
What’s good about it?
- Zombies! Come on, who DOESN’T want to be chased by zombies while getting fit? This is a truly novel concept, with a really fun gaming vibe to getting into running.
- It's really easy to use, and it syncs with the rest of your phone simply – you can still listen to your own music alongside the zombie podcasts.
And what’s not so good?
- You need to buy pro membership to access the niftier bits. So you’ll have to pay up if you want to change the difficulty rating or check your running stats. Annoying.
- Don’t like zombies? Well, this isn’t really for you. Also, WHY DON’T YOU LIKE ZOMBIES?
