The Mix launches the brand-new Body & Soul Club!

A live panel event with six guests sitting in front of a pink screen

The Mix have teamed up with ethical shoe brand, TOMS and The Vamps guitarist, James McVey, to promote body positivity and to take a stand on men’s mental health. That’s why we’ve launched the Body & Soul Club; an exciting digital community of young people, championed by a team of passionate young ambassadors who will share their own experiences and start positive and healthy conversations about body image.

We want to change the narrative around body image and men’s mental health and we’ve already made a great start! We’ve been taking part in a series of exciting events with TOMs and Can We Just Ask, including a live panel discussion and podcast about the future of masculinity, with more events to come. We’ll also be producing some exciting new content around the topic of body image, so watch this space and keep an eye on our social media channels!

As part of this campaign, we’ll also be growing our life-changing support services for young people in the UK with a new team of volunteers, who will help even more under 25s to change their lives for the better.
