The Mix have launched a one-stop hub of information, support and advice for young people about the pandemic.

During the coronavirus outbreak, young people have told The Mix that they were feeling confused and anxious while having to look for information in lots of different places and not knowing which sources to trust. So The Mix have created this page to support young people through the crisis and to empower them to be informed about the issues that affect them.

The page includes article content on everything from money and employment to studying and mental health, with plenty of tips and support on coping with the impact of lockdown. The Mix also interviewed ITV’s Dr Zoe for a video, to get her answers to young people’s questions about coronavirus.

There are also helpful definitions and an FAQ section to help clear up some of the more confusing issues. Young people will also find links to the most relevant discussion threads on The Mix’s community boards, where they can talk to their peers about coronavirus, or find a place to escape.

You can find the page here:

The Mix worked in collaboration with Facebook, TOMS and Schuh for this project and would like to thank them for their support.
